I don't think it's possible to cancel and renew with the sale price. I tried it by canceling my previous subscription and it's asking me to renew my previous yearly subscription priced at $60 per year. It's not possible to elect a $51 sale price.
Scratch that -- I figured it out. There is a clickable link to cancel for good under renew section. I got the sale price. Thank you! Looking forward to another year of A Special Place in Hell!!

That's what it looks like. Just as long as y'all know - it's nothing personal. Just the technology isn't down user friendly
